  • A retreat is an accelerated, supportive, healing journey using an evidenced base theory. In addition to Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT), the 4-day curriculum includes experiential therapies such as Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga and ritual.
